Supply and installation of earthing and bonding for zone substation upgrade including:

• 15m lightning spire
• Various bonds to upgrade transformers and steel structures

Challenge: The substation was live and energised throughout the installation works requiring strict compliance and coordination with the power company. Earthing Solutions had to organise for Endeavour Energy to de-energise the system for the installation of the 15m lightning spire.

Result: The project was completed on schedule to the client’s satisfaction.
