Supply and installation of earthing grid and bonding for the Visy Glass extension including:

• 120mm² grading ring
• 120mm² bonding and interconnecting cables
• 42 x 3m electrodes
• embedded welding of reinforcement for 12 x equipment slabs with multiple test points connected to reinforcement for each slab, interconnecting cables, ductor and continuity testing.

The Challenge:

The time frame for the project was very tight considering its size and complexity, and there were many design revisions that had to be evaluated, priced and carried out to meet the requirements of the designer and the client.

Result:

The project was completed in July 2024 to the client’s satisfaction.
